2. Wash the potatoes well and spread in the refractory, around the Bird Speciale. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for approximately 2 hours.

3. Remove the foil and let it brown for approximately 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Place the roasted Ave Natalina Speciale on a plate or serving set and garnish with the pineapple slices, cherries, thyme and lettuce leaves.
